Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Participating the whole development cycle for the commercial projects from the early stage of development.
  • Understanding of market trends, demand, and participating in financial feasibility studies of commercial real estate projects.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • Preparing in project briefs for the stakeholders of the project.
  • Experience in developing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage the engineering aspects of commercial development projects from inception to completion.
  • Understanding of the sales rollout and launch dates and ability to align project timelines accordingly.
  • Ability to review and approve packages submitted up till design development package by consultants and ensure they are following the scheduled timelines.
  • Experience in preparing the inventory needed for the sales team before launching date and providing sales brief.
  • Mange inventory for the commercial project including pricing and releasing phasing.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and ability to provide timelines for consultants needed for the projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering,
Proven experience in research and development, preferably in commercial projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Good knowledge of Auto Cad.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
